STEP 1

APPLICATION:
The following forms must be submitted in order to apply to Schoolhouse Preparatory
  1. Copy of last report card or official transcript since the 8th grade
  2. Copy of most recent psychological evaluation and IEP if applicable
  3. Copy of most recent Standardized Test
  4. Two Completed Teacher Recommendation form

STEP 2
REVIEW OF DOCUMENTS:
Once all documents have been submitted, these will be reviewed by the admissions team. Student will be informed if they are considered a candidate for admission. Students considered as candidates will be scheduled for an interview.

STEP 3  
INTERVIEW PROCESS:    
The Candidate and parents will be interviewed by Dr. De Villiers and members of the admissions team to discuss goals and expectations. 
ADMISSIONS:
SCHOOLHOUSE PREPARATORY DOES NOT ADMINISTER AN ADMISSIONS TEST
Previous Report Cards, school records, Standardized test results and two Letters of Recommendation from previous school will be carefully reviewed. Results of these combined evaluations as well as the student interview will determine eligibility. Final decisions regarding admission are made by the Principal.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Once the student is admitted to Schoolhouse Preparatory, the following documents must be provided:
  • Official Final Transcript​
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Social Security Card
  • Original proof of immunization forms 3040 and 680 (blue and yellow forms)
  • Registration Form along with $500 Deposit
