TUITION 2024 - 2025

ANNUAL REGISTRATION: 
The annual registration fee is $600 per student, which must be paid at the time of enrollment.  This non-refundable fee confirms your decision to enroll your child in our program and ensures a placement.

TUITION PAYMENTS:   Tuition is based on a 10-month School Year.  Payments are due IN ADVANCE and on the 1st of each month, starting in August.  A $35.00 late payment penalty will automatically be added when tuition is paid on or after the 10th day of each month. Financial assistance is available to qualifying families.

VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWLS: Students attending the school for any part of a month are responsible for the full payment for that month. Fees, of any kind, are non-refundable.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: Students with accounts more than 30 days past due will be asked to withdraw until all due payments have been made.  All delinquent accounts must be paid in full before the following can occur for your child: release of all records, administration of semester exams, release of the quarterly report card, release of high school diploma.

RETURNED CHECKS:  There is a charge of $30.00 for returned checks.  All payments will be required in cash or cashier’s check after the second returned check.

APPLICATIONS PROCESS

Thank you for your interest in Schoolhouse Preparatory. Admission to Schoolhouse Prep is based primarily on the student's academic record, disciplinary record, and letters of recommendation.
Transfer Students Inquiry Form

TRANSFER STUDENTS

Students may be able to transfer to Schoolhouse Prep from another accredited high school. Admissions is based on a review of the Official Transcript and credit analysis. Interested transfer students and their parent(s) must make an appointment with the Admissions Director.
International Student Online Application

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

Schoolhouse Preparatory is a Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) certified school and eligible to enroll F-1 students in the United States. Schoolhouse Preparatory accepts International students who will be residing with a parent or relative while attending school in the United States as F-1 students. All F-1 students must show proficiency in English.  To issue an I-20 student Visa, the following documents must be submitted to the school:
  • copy of the most recent report card and/or high school transcript (Translated into English).
  • copy of the student’s birth certificate
  • a notarized Guardianship Form signed by the relative/guardian the student is residing with.
